The Plastic Factory, located in Bridgeport, CT, is a family-owned business with roots dating back to 1945. Founded by Joseph Carbone, the company began with same-day automobile window glass installation before evolving into plastic fabrication in the 1960s.

After Joseph’s retirement, his son James A. “Jim” Carbone expanded the business beyond Connecticut, opening locations in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In 2011, Jim and his son Robert brought the company back to its roots, reestablishing The Plastic Factory in its original Bridgeport location.

Today, we continue that legacy with a focus on fast turnaround times, reliable service, and a strong commitment to our customers. Backed by modern equipment and a close-knit team of family and friends, we take pride in delivering quality work with integrity—just as we have for generations.
